"The public prosecutor's office in Graz/Austria has started investigations into possible negligent bodily harm. According to the APA news agency, these should help clarify the cause of the accident. I have no words for this kind of negligence!

"The problems ranged from difficulties in unpacking to malfunctions. At that time, Swiss announced the replacement of almost 1000 of these smoke hoods. However, as the airline confirmed to the Tages-Anzeiger, this replacement has not yet been fully completed. The carelessness, no, the flagrant negligence to replace safety equipment that was known to be flawed results in the loss of a young life with everything still ahead of him! Removing the old masks and replacing the new ones is easy and can be done during any night stop!
