
Initially qualified as Laboratory & Medical Assistant and several years of working in Swiss hospital laboratories, 21 years at German airlines Lufthansa as Purser/ Training & Check-purser followed. However, poor aircraft cabin air quality led to a severe nervous system and brain injury ended her career. Following her "loss of license to fly due to medical reasons" she founded an alternative medicine&complementary health farm and tuition center, which she successfully managed over 15 years.
RESEARCH: subject "cabin air". Bearnairdine researched the subject extensively and was an avid campaigner in the field for more than a quarter century. As founder of the International Aerotoxic Team Network (now UNFILTERED) Bearnairdine was part of many talk shows, interviews and several documentaries which have attracted international media coverage.
She regularly published articles and several books such as 'The Air I Breathe - It's Classified' in 2016, the German version 'Höhenluft -Tagebuch einer Stewardess' and 'Tomb In The Sky-Aviation's Wounded Canaries'.
Bearnairdine has been a long time advocate for "natural health and healing", which is the only "medical" approach that has helped her to recover to a certain degree from her toxic injuries.
Bearnairdine recently retired from active campaigning and lives secluded and happy with her little dog Dolly in the alps of Switzerland.
