​A team is a people who believe in the same ideologies and work towards the same goals. Team building is the "process of turning a group of individuals contributing their knowledge into a cohesive team.

As a team we have done our best to collect and report as much information as possible, from presentations of most of the speakers. They may not be complete and there is no sound, but it is the best we could do: two of us took the pictures and one who had to stay home did the uploads.  At least we can give everybody who was unable to attend for whatever reason, the opportunity of an overview. Everybody should be well informed and able to access the information.
